It’s also your chance to ask anything about the role, our culture or how we work. We’ll always discuss practical details like salary and availability upfront — transparency from the start.
Show us your skills
Next, we’ll invite you to show us what you can do. This might be a short take-home task or an in-person assessment in our office. We want to see your approach, creativity and how you think.
Interview rounds
We like to keep things efficient and personal, so where possible, we’ll arrange the interviews on the same day at our office. It’s the best way for us to get to know each other — and for you to experience the atmosphere that makes MWS special.
Offer stage!
If it’s a match, we’ll make it official! You’ll receive a formal offer by email, with all the details you need to get started. From there, we’ll guide you through onboarding and get you ready to join a team that’s as ambitious as it is passionate.
