About the role
As our Photography & Videography Intern, you'll help bring our match-worn shirts, boots and memorabilia to life through the lens, working hands-on in our studio in Zaandam to capture and edit content that meets MWS's brand and quality standards.
You'll get hands-on experience working directly with our team, getting complete exposure to professional photography and videography, studio production and digital asset workflows, and seeing your work directly shape how fans and collectors experience live sporting moments!
What you'll do
Studio & Shoot Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down photography and videography equipment, help maintain a tidy, safe and production-ready studio space, and support photographers and senior videographers during shoots of match-worn shirts, boots and memorabilia.
Content Editing: Assist in editing product images, including basic retouching, cropping and colour correction, ensuring every image meets MWS brand and quality standards.
File & Workflow Organisation: Organise and label files in line with internal workflows (Bynder, Google Drive and more), and help improve organisational workflows across the studio.
Quality & Brand Standards: Help ensure every piece of content, from shoot to final edit, meets MWS's quality bar for its brand and key partners.
Hands-On Camera & Lighting Experience: Gain hands-on experience with professional camera equipment, studio lighting setups and digital cameras.
What you bring
Education: Currently studying towards (or recently completed) a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Photography or another relevant field.
Availability: Ready for a full-time internship starting in February.
Mindset: A proactive, hands-on self-starter with a total "can-do" attitude and great attention to detail.
Sports Passion: A genuine love for sports, football and fan culture.
Skills: Relevant experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) is a must, Figma is a nice-to-have, plus hands-on experience with digital cameras and studio/lighting setups.
Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); any extra languages are a bonus!
Legal: EU passport holder or currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.

Monthly Remuneration: An internship allowance of €500 per month.

Location: Full-time based in our Zaandam studio, with travel costs covered by MWS.
