About you
As a Shirt & operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our production and logistics operations. Your work ensures the quality, speed, and precision needed to deliver to fans and partners worldwide. You’ll play a vital role in turning match-worn shirts into treasured collectibles — with real impact every day.
We’ve recently opened our brand-new facility in Zaandam — a space designed to reshape how we work and boost our productivity and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in making this new chapter a success. Together, we’ll deliver high-quality service in a positive, “can-do” culture where collaboration and innovation thrive.
What you’ll do
Process inbound shirt flow from clubs and partners
Conduct product photography
Handle the authentication process
Prepare and frame shirts to high quality standards
Ship outbound shirt and frame orders globally
Support internal logistics and warehouse operations
What you bring
You are a hands-on doer with a proactive and can-do mentality
Detail-oriented and precise in handling valuable items
A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented
Strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential
No 9 to 5 mentality, this role might require sporadic evening or weekend shifts
Qualifications and experience
Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus
A Drivers license is a plus
Eligble to work in the netherlands

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:
Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)
Assessment round (± 120 min)
Interview round 1 (± 30-45 min)
Interview round 2 (±45 min)
