About you
As a Photo/Videography Intern, you are responsible for supporting the studio team in capturing the history and emotion behind every piece of memorabilia that passes through our doors. You are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for visual storytelling and a "hands-on" approach to studio production. You are eager to learn the intricacies of professional product photography while ensuring our content meets the gold standard our global partners and fans expect.
What you'll do
Content Production: Shoot high-standard content for the MWS brand and key partners, focusing on match-worn shirts, boots, and memorabilia.
Studio Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down professional photography and lighting equipment while maintaining a production-ready studio space.
Post-Production: Assist in editing product images, including basic retouching, cropping, and color correction to meet brand standards.
Workflow Management: Organize and label files using internal workflows and tools like Bynder and Google Drive to ensure smooth navigation of the MWS workload.
Team Collaboration: Support Senior Videographers and Photographers during content production and actively participate in improving organizational workflows.
Quality Control: Ensure all visual assets precision in cropping and color correction while maintaining the careful handling of unique memorabilia.
What you bring
Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and various lighting setups.
Software Skills: Competency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom) for asset preparation; experience with Figma is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Precision in file naming and a commitment to consistent, high-quality output.
Team Mindset: A collaborative spirit, open to feedback and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Talent: Reliable time management skills to meet strict production deadlines.
Qualifications and experience
Education: Currently studying towards a creative degree in photography, videography or another relevant field.
Languague: You are fluent in English, any other language is a bonus.
Experience: Hands-on experience with digital cameras and basic knowledge of studio workflows and product photography techniques.
Legal: You are in possession of an EU passport or are currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.
Availability: You are available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week).
