Shirts Operations Specialist

The Role

As a Shirts Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the action in our modern facility in Zaandam. Every shirt has a story—and from the moment it arrives to the moment it leaves, you’ll help us work smarter and faster to turn these unique pieces of sports history into treasured collectibles.

What you’ll do

• Process inbound shirt flow from clubs and partners

• Conduct product photography 

• Handle the authentication process 

• Prepare and frame shirts to high-quality standards

• Ship outbound shirts and frame orders globally

• Support internal logistics and warehouse operations

What you bring

• Hands-On & Precise: You care about detail and take pride in handling unique, high-value items

• Team Player: Proactive mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evening or weekend shifts around major sports events

• Essentials:

  • Valid EU driver’s license

  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands

  • Fluent in English

• Logistics/ production experience or Dutch fluency is a plus!
