About you

As a Video Editor / Motion Designer, you’ll be part of our creative team and play a key role in bringing the stories behind match-worn shirts to life. From fast-paced social content to product videos and mini-documentaries, you know how to capture attention in seconds — and keep it.

You’re hands-on, curious, and comfortable working across the full production process: filming, editing, animating, and experimenting with new tools and trends.

What You’ll Do

• Create standout video content: film, edit and animate for social media, product launches and brand storytelling

• Think social-first: create short-form, platform-native content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts)

• Use and explore AI tools: experiment with AI in editing, animation, workflows and concepting

• Work end-to-end: from idea and shoot to final edit and delivery

What You Bring
We’re looking for a young but experienced creative who is eager to grow and stay ahead of the curve.

• At least 3 years of experience as a video editor / animator (agency, brand or production environment)

• A relevant MBO or HBO degree in media, design or a related field

• Strong skills in video editing and motion design 

• Working with Adobe Creative Cloud softwares, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

• A solid understanding of social media trends and formats

• Genuine interest in AI tools and how they can enhance creative work

• Fluent in English, spoken and written

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• A strong affinity with the full production process

• Passion for sports, especially football

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:

1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)

2. Assessment and personality questionnaire (± 120 min)

3. In-office interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)

4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min)

Before the in-office interviews we request every candidate to complete a personality questionnaire, which gives us insight as to how your personality could add value to the team.
