About you

As Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team across both MatchWornshirt and Frame The Game in identifying, establishing and growing business relationships. You will be able to make a direct impact through working with club partners and contributing to the success of our brand.

What you’ll do

• Support the Head of Business Development and Senior Commercial Strategy Manager at MWS with the creation of Sales Materials, such as financial projections and pitch decks for club conversations

• Help the Business Development Executive at Frame The Game to grow our business partnerships; being the point of contact for clubs’ framing requirements and processing orders

• Assessing ways of working and identifying new revenue streams for both MWS and FTG

• Exceptional time management and ability to deliver quality work under pressure

• Becoming extremely proficient with Figma to develop best-in-class sales materials

• A passion for managing partnerships in sports and an ability to thrive in a chaotic environment

• Strong relationship skills and positive mentality

• An ability to identify and execute new opportunities
  

Qualifications and experience

• You’re in your final year, studying towards a degree in a relevant field

• Preferably previous part-time or internship experience in sports and/or business 

• An EU passport or enrollment at a university in the Netherlands

• You’re available for a 5 or 6 month internship starting from September

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:

1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)

2. Assessment round (± 120 min)

3. Interview round 1 (± 45 min)

4. Interview round 2 (± 45 min)
