About you
As our Creative Photography / Videography Intern, you’ll work closely with our in-house creative team in our new studio in Zaandam to help produce beautiful product visuals and campaign content that celebrates the game in all its glory.
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to develop your creative skills in a fast-paced studio environment and to build a killer portfolio while you’re at it.
What you’ll do
Assist with setting up and breaking down photography and lighting equipment.
Help maintain the studio space, ensuring it is tidy, safe, and production-ready.
Support photographers during shoots of match-worn shirts, boots, and memorabilia.
Assist in editing product images (basic retouching, cropping, color correction).
Ensure all images meet MatchWornShirt brand and quality standards.
Organize and label files in line with internal workflows (Bynder, Google Drive, etc.).
Gain hands-on experience with professional camera equipment and lighting setups.
What you bring
Understanding of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting setups
Basic knowledge of studio workflows and product photography techniques
Competency with Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom (or similar tools) for retouching and asset preparation
Ability to follow brand guidelines for consistent output
Precision in cropping, color correction, and file naming to maintain consistency and quality
Ability to manage files, assets, and schedules in line with studio workflows (Bynder, Google Drive, etc.)
Reliable time management to meet production deadlines
Comfortable assisting photographers, studio managers, and designers
Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and experience
Relevant experience in Adobe Suite is a must have
Skills in Figma is a plus
Studying towards a degree in Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Photography or other relevant field
An EU passport or enrolled at a university in the Netherlands

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:
Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)
Online interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)
In person skill assessment + final interview (± 120 min)
