We do it all live from the moment the game starts. With more than 350 partners globally, we are the outright market leaders in our industry. We see ourselves as innovators, constantly looking for new ways to surprise and delight our audience.

About the role

As the Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO, you will serve as a trusted right-hand within our fast-paced, international organisation. This role provides high-level commercial, operational, and administrative support while thinking several moves ahead to bring structure to complexity. You will be the guardian of the CEO’s priorities, safeguarding confidentiality and ensuring disciplined follow-through on critical initiatives across the leadership team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • CEO Partnership: Acting as a partner to the CEO by joining meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through across internal and external stakeholders.

  • System Implementation: Developing and maintaining a structured "follow-up file with deadlines" to ensure all Leadership Team action items are delivered on time.

  • Priority & Logistics Management: Optimising the CEO’s calendar, email, and international travel arrangements with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Cross-Team Alignment: Building relationships across Partnerships, Tech, Finance, and Business Development to proactively signal risks or opportunities to the CEO.

  • Presentation & Communication: Taking ownership of high-quality presentations (using Figma and Figma slides) and coordinating LinkedIn content planning.

  • Meeting Coordination: Preparing and coordinating all leadership meetings, townhalls, and performance reviews for direct reports.

  • Discretion & Support: Handling confidential information across professional and personal matters while acting as a trusted gatekeeper.

We are looking for the following skillset:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in executive-level assistance.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong presentation-building capabilities in Figma, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems like Pipedrive.

  • Communication: Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred. You possess a high responsiveness and a proactive communication style.

  • Mindset: A solution-driven self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Adaptability: Ability to perform under pressure, manage competing priorities, and work independently on different projects simultaneously.

  • Legal: An EU passport or valid working rights for the EU.

We’re looking for the following core behavioural principles in this position:

  • Ownership (“If you say you do something, it gets done.”)

  • Proactive communication, especially when mistakes occur

  • Absolute discretion and trustworthiness

What We Offer

  • Informal and Sporty Environment: An informal, international, and sports-focused work environment.

  • Room for Initiative and Impact: Plenty of room for your ideas and the opportunity to make a real impact.

  • Convenient Location: Free parking and walking distance from a train station at our headquarters.

  • On-Site Gym: Access to a private gym with personal training that you can use anytime.

  • Hospitality seats: Enjoy a great match at one of our business seats at football clubs all over the world.

  • Commute coverage: Travel comfortably to and from the office knowing your commute is covered with 0.23€ per km.

  • All equipment you need: We provide you with a MacBook, mouse and keyboard of choice. Need anything else? Let’s talk!

  • Pension Plan: An optional monthly deposit in our private pension plan, because we all want to live comfortably when we’re old(er).

  • Company events: Multiple times per year we organise formal and not so formal events in our office and elsewhere, which you can later even out in the gym.

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:

  1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)

If all goes well we will provide you with an offer letter and we can welcome you to the

team!
