About the role
As our Finance Intern, you will play a crucial role at the core of our financial operations. You will take direct responsibility for our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring our financial controls and accounting workflows run seamlessly.
Working alongside our Finance team, you'll gain real-world accounting experience, monitoring automated invoicing, supporting internal budget holders, and collaborating directly with our Partnerships team on the sales side!
What you'll do
Invoicing Management: Handle the processing of both purchase and sales invoices across our international operations.
Financial Quality Control: Monitor and control the accurate processing of automated purchase and sales invoices to maintain bulletproof accounts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support daily AP/AR workflows and assist in maintaining strong financial controls.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal budget holders and the Partnerships team to align sales invoicing and financial processes.
What you bring
Education: Currently studying towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another relevant field.
Availability: Ready for a fulltime, 5-6 month internship starting in February
Experience: Previous hands-on experience or coursework in accounting and bookkeeping is a strong advantage.
Mindset: Highly accurate, accountable, driven, optimistic, and cooperative with a great team mindset.
Skills: Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail, and comfort working with financial numbers and systems.
Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Legal: EU passport holder or currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.

Assessment round (± 120 min).
In-office interview (± 45-60 min).
