About the role

As our Marketing Intern, you'll support the marketing team in bringing every campaign to life. Working at the heart of one of the fastest-growing names in sports memorabilia, alongside brands including PSG, AC Milan, Atlético Madrid, the Chicago Bulls, and the Dutch national team.

You'll get hands-on experience working directly with our team, getting complete exposure to marketing campaigns, CRM and creative production, and seeing your work directly shape how fans and collectors experience live sporting moments!

What you'll do

• Campaign Coordination: Write campaign briefs, coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track, and monitor ongoing campaigns to flag opportunities for improvement.

• Creative & Brand Consistency: Support the creative team in keeping marketing assets consistent and high-quality across every campaign, and help the wider team stay aligned on shared goals.

• CRM Campaign Support: Assist with CRM campaign builds in Customer.io, from audience segmentation and QA to scheduling, across all channels (email, push, WhatsApp, webhooks) and markets.

• Multilingual Campaign Localisation: Coordinate translations with the CRM team so campaigns land consistently across every market.

• Data & Trend Exploration: Dig into data and performance numbers (opens, clicks, conversions) and spot trends relevant to MWS and its fans to help drive effective change.

What you bring

• Education: Currently studying towards (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Consumer Marketing or an equivalent.

• Availability: Ready for a full-time, 5–6 month internship starting in February..

• Mindset: A proactive, hands-on self-starter with a total "can-do" attitude and great attention to detail.

• Sports Passion: A genuine love for sports, football and fan culture.

• Skills: Relevant experience with Google Workspace; an interest in or exposure to CRM platforms (e.g. Customer.io, Braze or similar) is a plus.

• Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); any extra languages are a bonus!

• Legal: EU passport holder or currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.

4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min).
