About you

As a Shirt Operations Intern, you are a hands-on doer with a proactive and "can-do" mentality. You will be working to deliver excellent service to our club partners as well as our customers, managing the physical and digital operations that bring sporting history to fans worldwide. You are precise, resourceful, and ready to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Auction Management: Take responsibility for the full operations of specific auctions, including handling the inbound and outbound flow of shirts from global football clubs.

  • Authentication & Quality: Handle the authentication process and prepare or frame shirts to meet our high-quality standards.

  • Product Photography: Conduct product photography for auction items to ensure a premium presentation on our platform.

  • Logistics Support: Support and improve internal logistics and general warehouse operations, including global shipping of outbound shirt and frame orders.

  • Process Optimization: Work on assignments to rethink and redesign workflows in our new operations facility to optimize organizational efficiency.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Team Shirts and Team Partnerships to ensure streamlined auction and partnership management.

  • Precision: Highly detail-oriented and precise, especially when handling valuable memorabilia.

  • Communication: Fluent in English; any additional languages are a significant advantage.

  • Motivation: A strong willingness to learn and a desire to contribute to a better world.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.

Qualifications and experience

  • Education: You are in the final year of your studies or have recently graduated with a degree (HBO or equivalent) in operations, logistics, or a related field.

  • Legal: You hold an EU passport or are currently enrolled at a school in the Netherlands.

  • Availability: You are available for a full-time (40 hours per week) internship for 5 to 6 months, starting in September.

  2. Assessment round (± 120 min).

  3. Online interview round 1 (± 45 min).

  4. In-person interview round 2 (± 45 min).
