About the team
You will be part of our brand new office in Dallas, the epicenter of our expansion into the US. Together with 3 other talented colleagues you will be responsible for maintaining the golden standard of our rapidly growing organization in the US. During the day, you will stay in touch with your colleagues at our HQ in Amsterdam and other offices in Manchester, São Paulo and Istanbul to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
About you
As a Shirt & Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our production and logistics operations. Your work ensures the quality, speed, and precision needed to deliver the ‘gold standard’ to fans, collectors and partners worldwide. You’ll play a vital role in turning game-worn jerseys into treasured collectibles — making a real impact every day.
Your role and responsibilities include
You will be responsible for managing the inbound flow of jerseys, ensuring all incoming items are accurately processed.
You will conduct high-quality product photography that highlights the unique details and condition of each jersey.
You will meticulously handle the authentication process, verifying the provenance and legitimacy of every shirt to maintain our high standards of trust.
Utilizing your attention to detail, you will prepare and frame jerseys according to our premium quality standards, ensuring each piece is ready for display.
You will oversee the fulfillment process, managing the secure packaging and global shipping of jersey and frame orders to our international customer base.
Beyond daily tasks, you will provide essential support for internal logistics and warehouse operations to ensure a fluid and organized workspace.
You will act as a team player by assisting with local office needs, helping to maintain a productive and efficient environment for the whole team.

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:
Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)
Assessment and personality questionnaire (± 120 min)
In-office interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)
Online interview round 2 (± 45-60 min)
Before the final interviews we request every candidate to complete a personality questionnaire, which gives us insight as to how your personality could add value to the team.
