About the role
You will be working to deliver excellent service to our club partners as well as our customers. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the full operations for specific auctions, including handling authentication processes and frame order fulfilment.
A regular day at the office consists of:
Managing the in- and outflow of shirts from football clubs and clients all over the world, communicating with our couriers
Managing all physical and digital operations for our auctions and framing orders
Optimize inbound shirt flow from clubs and partners
Conduct product photography
Handle the authentication process
Prepare and frame shirts to high quality standards
Ship outbound shirt and frame orders globally
Support and improve internal logistics and general warehouse operations
In other words, an all-round internship!
Being part of our operations team requires being precise, resourceful and able to take on responsibility.
You will work on various processes to optimise the organisation's efficiency. As we’ve just moved into our new operations facility, we expect to rethink and redesign many of our workflows to fully capitalize on the new opportunities this space provides. The topics you can think of will be:

About you
For a successful internship, we’re looking for the following profile:
You are currently studying towards a degree in operations, logistics, sports or a related field
You study in the UK
You are fluent in English, any other language will be a great advantage
You are flexible and well-organised, ready to join a fast-growing organisation
You want to do good and contribute to a better world
Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus
You are a hands-on doer with a proactive and can-do mentality
Detail-oriented and precise in handling valuable items
A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
You are Goal-oriented
A strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential

Assessment round (± 120 min)
