About the role

As a Shirts Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our production and logistics operations in Manchester. Your work ensures the quality, speed, and precision needed to deliver sporting history to fans and partners worldwide. Based in our brand-new facility, you will play a key role in turning match-worn shirts into treasured collectibles while fostering a positive, "can-do" culture.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Inbound Management: Processing inbound shirt flows from our UK club partners.

  • Product Photography: Conducting product photography for auction items to ensure a premium presentation.

  • Authentication: Handling the precise authentication process for unique memorabilia.

  • Framing Fulfillment: Preparing and framing shirts to our exact high-quality standards.

  • Global Shipping: Shipping outbound shirt and frame orders securely to fans all over the world.

  • Logistics Support: Supporting internal logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations to boost efficiency.

We are looking for the following skillset:

  • Mindset: A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented, and "can-do" mentality.

  • Precision: Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind sporting items.

  • Collaboration: A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of thinking.

  • Location: Based in Manchester or the ability to commute or relocate.

  • Licensing: Possession of a valid Driver's license.

  • Legal: Fully eligible to work in the UK.
